• Supervision on site, this includes the supervision of construction and outfitting work and attendance at inspections and tests of structure, machinery, equipments and systems.



• Reviews qualification and monitoring of personnel.



• Provides an Inspection Item List for the Hull Structure, Hull Outfitting & Machinery Outfitting, … according to Shipbuilding Specification, IMO Conventions and DNV Rules.



• Provides guidance on new-building survey planning.



• Provides guidance on the examination and test plan for new-building activities according to Shipbuilding Specification, IMO Conventions and DNV Rules.



• Supervision during construction and deliveries upon completion.



• Provides guidance on shipbuilding Standard & Shipbuilding Sequence.



• Provides database for Ship Inspections during construction based on Block and Sub-block division, Building Sequence, Pre-outfitting procedures,…



• Participates on Quality & Technical Meetings as a shipyard representative (QC , OWN , CLASS)



• Provides Inspections Check Lists for Quality Control Dept.



• Modify guidance on the block & sub-block division for shuttle Tankers



• Provides Final Inspection Check List for lunching of Multi Purpose Supply Vessels.



• Provides guidance on Shipbuilding NDT plan according to DNV Rules.



• Control and Monitoring of all project documents and Execution of projects, in order to follow Basic Design ,Building Specification, DNV rules , IMO Conventions & Owner requirements on Shipyard site.



• Provides guidance manual and participate on inclining test of semi submersible drilling unit (IRAN ALBORZ) as a shipyard quality control representative together with GVA Consultants Engineers and DNV Surveyor.
