Description:  Automated its conveyor and lubrication pump, gelatin skin roller set 5rpm using VFD, temperature controller used to control heating temperature 45 C its sensor used RTD, dryer spinning is automated using PLC and set auto manual function.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Programming of VFD and PLC.                                      

  • Control wiring designing.

  • Installation & Commissioning of Remote IO Panels (PLC), VFD Drive Panels.  Installation & Commissioning of Process Instruments like Temperature controller, RTD’s, Pressure Switches, Level Sensors, Safety witches, Flow meters, Solenoid Valves at Equipment Side. 

Controller used: AB, PLC, Danfoss VFD, OMRON Temperature controller.      

2. Automation of AHU and chiller unit

Description: VFD used to control speed of Three Exhaust vents and all other control using PLC

3.Atomation of Tiles collection unit

Description: VFD used to control speed of conveyor, control tiles count using PLC, sensor proximity using input part of controller
