Managed, supervised and evaluated the work of 9 Panama Maritime Inspectors to developed and implemented Panama Port Control, Panama Canal transit documentation, Vessels and Terminal safety inspections, accident prevention programs and crew vessel training development with the support from U.S. Coast Guard and Homeland Security Agencies. Conducted research and provided analysis in SOLAS, OSHA Regulations and maritime codes. Excellent aptitude to worked in a fast-paced, team oriented political environment .Ability to resolve problems and managed multiple tasks under pressure. Knowledge and experience in Maritime development operations, internal and external communication, public/media relations, marine survey, negotiation, labor dispute, survey, management training and human services environment. Reviewed, analyzed and interpreted applications, contracts, port rental agreements, leases and maritime regulations. Maintained relationships with Government elected Officials, Shipping Agencies representatives, Law Enforcement authorities and others to developed National Security projects development.
