Managed all Administrative, Government Relations and Maritime operations in California with jurisdiction in the West Coast of United States of America. Maintained strong base of influential relationships with U.S. Ports Representatives, U.S. Coast Guard. Immigration, Custom and Shipping Agencies. Meet with Ports Authorities, U.S. Coast Guard and Shipping Agencies to performance measures, recommends and implements plans, policies regarding security, vessel crew, visitors and terminal personnel. Assisted in developing and managing the implementation of community, public and media relations goals, plan, strategies, policies providing advice and assistance to Homeland Security Agencies, Ports Authorities, Shipping Agencies, Terminal operators and maritime representatives. Acted as Official spokesperson for the Republic of Panama and responds to public and media inquiries regarding maritime trades/relations activities and Panama Flag Vessel incidents. Strong experience in hosting local and foreign dignitaries with objectives in strengthen maritime relations with Port and Homeland Security Agencies. Managed, supervised and evaluated the work of 9 Panama Maritime Inspectors to developed and implemented Panama Port Control, Panama Canal transit documentation, Vessels and Terminal safety inspections, accident prevention programs and crew vessel training development with the support from U.S. Coast Guard and Homeland Security Agencies. Conducted research and provided analysis in SOLAS, OSHA Regulations and maritime codes. Excellent aptitude to worked in a fast-paced, team oriented political environment .Ability to resolve problems and managed multiple tasks under pressure. Knowledge and experience in Maritime development operations, internal and external communication, public/media relations, marine survey, negotiation, labor dispute, survey, management training and human services environment. POSITION: ASSISTANT MARITIME DEVELOPMENT.

Supervised and evaluated the work of 18 assigned staff in provided support to safety and operations manager's by making staffing recommendations, conducting, quality performance evaluations. Coordinated meetings between Panama Canal Administration and Panama Maritime Authority to improved terminal operations. Reviewed, analyzed and interpreted applications, contracts, port rental agreements, leases and maritime regulations. Maintained relationships with Government elected Officials, Shipping Agencies representatives, Law Enforcement authorities and others to developed National Security projects development.
