Presently working as Senior Manager (Electrical) in Marine/Dredging department. Looking after the operation and maintenance of dredgers 02 nos trailer suction (7000 CBM & 4500 CBM), 03 nos cutter section dredgers (2500 CBM, 300 CBM) and up keeping the spares and maintenance schedules.
Oct 2007 – Oct 08 – Dredging Corporation of India, Visakhapatnam:
Worked onboard DCI Dredger as Electrical Officer on contract basis. Responsible for the following:
Operation and maintenance of all electrical equipment i.e Generators, Switch boards, Engine controls, AC, refrigeration, Hydraulics, PLC, motors etc. Up keeping of stores, records and correspondence.
Jul 2004 – Jul 2007 – Ship Building Centre, Visakhapatnam
Working in Project department Manager level and responsible for the following:
Construction of substation at Ship Building centre
Construction of Naval Jetties and its facilities
Construction of workshops
Bus trunking to workshop buildings
Utility buildings/ware houses
Jetties, Cope points and Sub-stations
Services to Jetties, Cabling work.
Material Management.
Installation of Equipment/Machinery
Handing/taking over of buildings after checking of contract agreement documents and inventories.
Handing/taking over of Lifts/EOT cranes/ACs & equipments after necessary installation inspections, testing, tuning and trials as per log books, inventories & contract agreements.
Preparation of Board Proceedings on completion of works.

Worked as a Branch Manager for Visakhapatnam operations. General correspondence with different Govt/Private organizations. Undertaken various electrical works in Coast Guard ships, Indian Naval Ships, industries & dockyards and responsible for day-to-day requirement. My job involves tendering & quotations of works and attending TNCs & PNCs and timely completion of works and also preparation and forwarding of bills.
