Senior electrican

Objective


Im mechanically imclined. I can do anything or learn how extremly fast. I've been an electrican most of my life but i can work on big engines, car engines, outboard motors, lawnmowers, forklifts, anything. I work with hydralics, fuel lines, tubing. I can fit aluminum and metal. I can operate just about any machine. I can do carpentry. I can do computer work, I've done PLC (programmable logic controls) programming with ladder logic. And I've ran crews on service calls and installation jobs.


Experience


Scullys metal fab. Im the head rigger. I do all electrical work on 24 to 32 foot work vessels, new and old. From running wires to wireing ever piece of equipment to wire the main counsole controls. All shift linkages and controls for engines(outbaord and inboard). I hook up and install all fuel systems start to finish. i do all start ups and prepair vessels for sea trails.



NREC Power Systems. 12yrs. Senior Electrican. Design, engineer, programming, constrution, wiring, testing, and installation of engine control, gauge panels, and engine alarm panels for offshore vessels with EMD, ALCO, CAT, and Cummins engines. I went on service calls trouble shooting and fixing vessels all over the south coast. Also did new installations and refurbish jobs ripping out old wireing and equipment and putting newer advanced equipment in its place.


Education


Central Catholic high school. I was in advance math and physics and advanced art classes and graduated in 1994.

USL in laffayette for two semesters of general studies but didnt graduate


Certification


I got several certificates from PLC traing schools and employ of the month several times


Skils


I can do anything and what I cant I learn extremly fast.
