Objective
My main objective is keep working in the Ship Industry and would be very interested to work in the United States.
Experience
I currently work for BAE Systems Maritime in Williamstown, Victoria, Australia where we built 10 Frigates for the Australian and New Zealand Navy's. My position here is as a Senior Design Structural Draftsman where my main duties are to design and detail foundations for equipmet mounted to the ship structure using either AutoCAD, Inventor or Ship Constructor. I am proficent at 3D Modelling and very familiar with Ship Construction and Mil Specs. I also use an inhouse data management program that registers all documentation. Prior to the 7 years I have worked in the Marine Sector I have also worked in the Aerospace Industry and other Engineering companies.
