Executive Officer, Darwin Port Corporation, Darwin, Australia (Contract Role)
? Develop and oversee operational procedures, policies and project management protocol for all major projects totalling $62 million;
? Completed components of the DPC submission to Infrastructure Australia which helped the Port secure $50 million dollars federal government funding for future Port expansion.
Contract Management Coordinator, Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics AS, Region Oceania - Operations and Trade Department, Australia
? Cross departmental project management and research focusing on long term strategy for Ocean Transport division;
? Management of Ocean Transport supplier contracts & costs;
? Undertook annual cost reviews of suppliers against set KPI’s resulting in over $1,000,000 in cost savings annually;
? Converted the regional Equipment Control division from a cost centre to a revenue centre through the introduction of equipment charges resulting in a $400,000 per annum revenue.
