Duties and Responsibilities:
• Protect life and properties of client
• Implement strict Rules & Regulations established by this Government owned PAG-Ibig Fund.
• Designated as Lead head guard of this Detachment
• Assigned on DTR for Payroll and for Billing making
• Shift in Charge
• Act as telephone receptionist while at the same time Radio base controller for entire PAG-Ibig detachment that includes NCR district offices and provincial acquired housing projects.
• Assist Detachment Commander and his assistant on subordinates evaluation and reports making and other important security activities. Helped officers on co. guards’ motivation if needed or instructed.
• Conduct hourly status monitoring report on a handheld radio or through phone from all PAG-Ibig security personnel’s in the detachment including cluster detachments during nighttime in order to ensure the alertness of every security personnel and to help maintain a stable security condition of every area.
• Conduct more safety and security precautionary measures to help maintain a normal and smooth security operation.

• Report all unusual findings, incidents to Globe Telecom Security detachment

• Accurate logbook records on all incoming GT-engineers, technicians, and maintenance with access.
• Secure FATA Fixed Asset Transfer Advice and Gate Pass on equipments pullout as well as delivery.
• Maintain and Conduct more vigilance to secure stable and safety condition of the post. Most especially during at nighttime when most of terrorist intruders favorite time of attacked base on the past terrorist cell site bombing in the provinces.

• Conduct regular briefings with incoming guards in every shift
• Disseminates all company rules and any latest memorandums coming from the Globe Telecom higher Security dept. as well as latest important reminders / instructions from agency superiors.

REASON FOR LEAVING:
• Duty terminated after a less than a month from date assume following an incident transpired during my tour of duty.

• Several 7 Eleven convenience store branches within NCR/Metro Manila areas.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement strict Rules & Regulations established by 7-Eleven Mgt.
• Focuses on suspected shoplifters while at the same time monitoring erring employees
• Apprehend shoplifters, conduct own initial interrogation / investigation. Took photograph with items he/she shoplifted as evidence. Turn over to any nearest public/police authority if necessary or if suggested by the store manager who will be willing to testify together with the apprehending guard with his incident report and with a suspects sworn statement with his signature and thumb mark on a form provided by the mgt. as a proper supporting document evidence in case of filing a case against the suspect’(s).
• Monitoring suspected cashiers while on the cash booth, Apprehend any employees who will be caught in the act on doing Pilferage with a violation report accomplished by an apprehending guard to submit to the higher mgt. for evaluation.
• Receiving incoming daily deliveries from various suppliers while at the same time continuously monitoring the incoming and outgoing costumers as well as employee’s activities.
• Conduct double checking daily on outgoing merchandise pulled-out by suppliers
• Daily monitoring on Employees tardiness and unauthorized absences with a monthly submission of these monitoring sheets to 7-Eleven district offices.
• More vigilance and alertness needed during night shift to prevent or avoid shoplifters opportunity of stealing and most especially an opportunity to a Robber / Criminals under drug influence with deadly weapons who are always ready and willing to kill which were really happened when some of my co guards from other branches was brutally attacked and slain.
REASON FOR LEAVING:
• My wife has been worried every time she had watched a report on TV about a 7-Eleven Security Guard Slain by some suspected Robbers while on duty.
• I was properly transferred to another post after my request granted.
• Edsa Central commercial complex, Shaw Blvd. Mandaluyong city.

• Assigned as Head Guard / Motorized roving patrol
• Oriented to be designated as acting Shift in Charge whenever some officers in charge of the detachment were absent or having some important seminars to attend.
• Apprehending any lawless element encountered within the Edsa Central premises and turn over to nearest police stn. Of Mandaluyong
• Assist any individuals such as, tenants / costumers / waiting bus and jeepney passengers with complaints on snatching incidents, Swindling incidents and sometimes a stabbing incidents or a victim of Hit & Run or a Jeepney robbery / Holdup occurred in this premises. A perfect teamwork and unity of all Security Guards always required upon responding all of this critical situation.
• Conduct constant precautionary security measures to prevent or avoid more incidents caused by these lawless criminals.
REASON FOR LEAVING:
• Edsa Central mgt. decided to chose another Security agency to manage the department with another batch of security personnel’s as replacements to the previous assigned for which some of my co guards considered it with discrimination on their part.
• I chose to voluntarily resigned at LSIA and decided to put up a small business with my little capital savings but unfortunately did not expand.
