Responsibility held :
? Total in-charge for ‘Security Operation’, ‘Security System’, ‘Discipline’, Training and Promotion of security personnel.
? Develops and ensures services in response to criminal financial loss, crimes against persons, sabotage, threats, emergencies, illegal acts and property or environment crimes.
? Directs the security staff in identifying, developing, implementing and maintaining a high level security processes across the organisation to reduce risks, respond to incidents immediately and limit exposure to liability in order to reduce financial loss to the organization.
? Brief management on status of security issues. Coordinates and directs corporate level emergency planning and crisis management functions.
? Identify significant security risks, design and implement strategies and programs to prevent/reduce loss of organization assets. Implement risk reduction through increased security awareness.

Through subordinate managers, coordinate and implement site security, operations and activities to ensure protection of executives, managers, employees, physical and information assets, while ensuring optimal use of personnel and equipment. ? Researches and deploys state of the art technology solutions and innovative security management techniques to safe guard organization assets. Develops and manages the capital expense budget and services contracts for the company's domestic security operations. Develop consensus within an organization from operational activities and regulations imposed by agencies with regulatory jurisdiction.
? Monitoring/Supervision by Patrolling over the sites and posts and inspecting the Security team’s work.
? Directs the approach, deployment and execution of investigations and directs team based systems development efforts and ensuring breach-less security in the whole project.
? Investigation, reports, evidence recording, ‘Security Database’ maintaining, follow up, and documentation.
? Partnering with the Senior Management Team on executing strategic goals and objectives.
? Principal advisor to the Senior Management Team for all security-related issues.
? Manage a comprehensive security program for an extensive manufacturing operation, to include a detailed logistics security program.
? Manage large security guard contract and other outsource partners, as required.
? Develop and implement a safety/security program for international assignees moving to the region.
? Provide security briefings.
? Support the Executive Protection Team with VIP visits and providing escort to heavy loaded vehicles.
? Conduct business risk assessments
? Liaison with local law enforcement officials. and develops close relationships with high level domestic law enforcement, Intelligence agencies and private sector counterparts.
? Monitor protection of company proprietary information. Develop contingency plans; provide emergency and/or civil disturbance guidance. Investigate criminal/fraudulent activity committed against the company. Ensure that security policies/procedures are consistent with corporate standards.
