Eight plus years in the operation of a 400,000 square foot removal and distribution center warehouse. Oversaw key aspects of a multi/million-dollar operation, which included monitoring inventory, lowering inventory losses and helped designing inventory control software.



Directed: Manufacturing, Production, Fabrication, Construction and Installation of a three shift operation, twenty-four / seven. This included a foursquare block manufacturing and fabrication plant, a two square block sail loft, a 400,000 square foot removal and distribution center warehouse and managed over 30+ direct reports and 350+ indirect reports. Managed a contract budget of $25M+.

Performed evaluation of subordinates, managed, directed, and planned entire operation processes and production work for company facility, monitored overall facility expenditures and budget and accountable for achievement of facility performance objectives and product quality.

?Of the essential duties and responsibilities: I have accomplished them all plus I have negotiated revisions to government as well as civilian contracts for a Billion dollar organization. I managed over 30+ direct reports and 350+ indirect reports.

?I work well with upper and lower management as well as union employee contracts and nonunion employees. I have served as part or emergency operation management team, for storms, terrorist, union strikes, etc. I had a prior DOD Top Secret Security Clearance, (which is inactive and could be easily updated). USA Passport is up to date.
