I was responsible for repairing, stowing, and preparing most deck equipment, such as cargo-handling gear. During docking or departing handle ships' mooring lines. Stand watch and steer the ship following instructions from the officer on watch. I performed a variety of onboard routine tasks and technical maintenance of ship's hull.
