I ensured data entry was satisfactory and complied with state and federal regulations. I scheduled computer downtime for maintenance, and performed the maintenance with great efficiency. I troubleshooted and repaired all workstations and network devices throughout the corporation. I presented solutions to problems brought on by changes in regulations regarding the pharmacy practice.
