Objective
My objective is to gain employment on a merchant or fishing vessel. I am willing to do any job that allows me to work at sea.
Experience
Bancker Construction Corp. Islandia, NY. (5/2005-1/2006) Road and Heavy Construction Laborer, member of Local 1298 Laborers. Primarily worked as a member of a water crew, installing and maintaining public water systems, repairing water-main breaks, maintainence of hydrants etc. Also gained experience in concrete construction, asphalt paving, drainage installation and various other aspects of road and heavy constrution.
Note: The time prior to this job I was in college full time and was not employed. Also during the period between 1/2006 and present I was employed on and off by several similar construction companies and self employed due to a lack of construction work union wide.
