Guided a global team of 20 project logistics specialists delivering tailored transport solutions for international industry leaders including Foster Wheeler, KBR and Bechtel. Oversaw decentralized logistics operations for countries with no project teams in place, to ensure synchronized global logistics support. Total ownership for tender and risk management initiatives and efforts. Collaborated with regional sales professionals to provide logistics expertise, further driving global sales initiatives. Created and administered all support services for the global projects initiative, including databases, technical tools, human resources, and subcontractors.
