Managed customer relations for casino patrons by handling inquiries and problems, distributing slot machine
jackpot winnings, and soliciting customers for The Players Club membership. Interned in all areas of casino
marketing, with extended exposure to management of the customer’s overall experience. Experienced all aspects
of servicing/selling slot operations. Problem solved with managers and co-workers, many of my ideas in use
today, including solutions for improving jackpot response times and decreasing slot service times. Participated in

Managed pool and equipment maintenance and repair for residential clients. Organized and successfully
