• Study market, determine market share and expected future growth, available potential and competition, prepare sales plan and required sales team, setup the targets as well as commissions and control credits given to clients.

• Analyze the markets and divide them into sectors, evaluate the deficiency in the existing sales values, and find-out required activities to improve sales.

• Study cost of product, prepare advertisements needed, give special promotions and gifts, and put selling prices.

• Carry-out meetings with sales staff; evaluate staff capabilities to put assignments accordingly.

• Follow up daily sales, solve problems, collect staff or clients comments and give the required training for better performance.

• Public Relation, PR, build up strong relations with governmental offices in ministries and key accounts in private business sector to improve our sales, register our products, collect approvals and utilize our products in their projects.

• Collect Clients’ complains to solve them and meet clients to improve business relation, develop sales, open new markets, find-out market demands for new products and collect the required information for the marketing activity.

• Apply for the local authorities’ approvals and certifications for the products to be used in governmental projects as well as major private companies or contractors.

• Participate in exhibitions and events linked to pipes, buildings or plastic production.

• In-charge of establishing the new second factory for pipe manufacturing, running the operation, and Directing Sales & Marketing.

• Prepare the layouts for the production lines, and setup them in proper way for the best benefit of the available area and smoother operation.

• Hire the required staff for new operation; carry-out the required training.

• Setup QC procedures.

• Run operation which covers planning according to sales requirements, purchasing, raw material & end products warehousing, bring man power, maintenance, cost reduction, and development of new products.
