o Trying to solve all problems for shippers and update them with all our new services and rates.

o Visiting customers on monthly basics and maintain good relations with them and also

o Sending market rate to head office in Cairo on monthly basics.

o Update my manager with all new services from competitors in Alexandria.

o Ensure that overtime sheets are properly approved and signed

o Prepare and follow up for budgets related to the running of the Alexandria office.

o All matters related to documentation and customer service for Alexandria.

o Ensure proper and correct release of Cargo.

o Ensure proper and correct release of invoices to customers.

o Ensure that all customers are invoiced in accordance with prevailing rate sheets and services provided.

o Ensure fast and proper release of bills of lading to customers.

o Ensure proper update of all documentation related online systems in connection with export cargo.

o Ensure timely printing of manifests and submission of it to authorities.

o Ensure that all mandatory system check reports are updated timely.

o Ensure that daily correspondence is replied timely and in an appropriate manner

o Ensure that such a trucker have a guarantee submitted to us before getting out of any container.

o Issuing original bill of lading

o Issuing exports manifests and submit it to export customs before 48 hours after sailing of the vessel.

o Prepare invoices for clients once vessel arrived

OPERATION DEPARTMENT

CMB-T, ALEXANDRIA, EGYPT 1995 to 1998

o Report equipment to the Head office in Cairo

o Update containers movement in CMB-T System

o Container control for all the equipments in my region

o Responsible for getting out containers from Alexandria terminal and Dekheila.

o Sending damaged report to head office

o Calculating storages for empty containers and arrange getting out for export containers which are in the depot for a long time in order to obtain more free time for A.C.T.

o Follow up getting in / out containers in depot.

o Deliver import / export manifest to A.C.T. before arrival / sailing of the vessel.

o Co-ordination of space booking with head office in Belgium and for other shipping lines for Port-Said
