Post Duties & Responsibilities
? Overall in-charge of the industrial security operation management and the effective supervision of the assigned security personnel, ensuring the following:
a. Routine security coverage both interior & exterior premises,
b. Routine security to production area & storage area,
c. Routine security to parking areas, i.e. loading & unloading areas,
d. Routine security to personnel, visitors Entrance & Exit access to the building,
e. Routine security in providing maximum assistance to personnel & visitors, mandatory wearing of identification badge while at the building facility,
f. Routine security to randomly check the traffic through all the entrances to the building facility.
? Ensures effective safety measure concerning civil disturbances, VIP visits, media relations & crowd control is maintained by the security staff.
? Responsible to any administrative concerns particularly the scheduled management, leave of absences and any disciplinary proceeding duly coordinated with the management.
? Managing Hazard/Risk Surveillance Surveys & other safety related monitoring data.
? Prepares a comprehensive business plan for the building facility security, including day-to-day activities, important communication, applicable relations related to company security and all possible improvements that may be pursued for the facility.
? Prepares & submits daily & monthly reports to the executive management.
? Train the New Hire Security Staff on Security Management & Fire Safety as part of their onsite orientation.
? Conduct Quarterly Security Fire Drills in building facilities & evacuation procedures.
? Conduct incident/accident occurrence investigation i.e theft, robbery or any other criminal act committed inside the company premises. Prepares & submits the report of the findings and shall act as witness when a legal action is necessary. Responsible for the proper documentation and maintaining all occurrence records & tracking.
