.Managed /monitor operation and maintenance of three (3) units Cummins Engine 1500 KW, 1875 KVA, 440 VAC ,50 Hz, 1500 RPM, model QSK60, three (3) units Cummins Engine 1600 KW, 2000KVA, 440 VAC, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, model QSK60, and one (1) unit G.E Engine Medium speed, 2900 KW, 3625 KVA, 11000 KV, 50 Hz, 1000 RPM and six (6) transformer units step up to 11000 KV, made by Sakr from Lebanon. .Generator power plant. Assist and supervise in conducting preventive maintenance every 250, 2000 and 3000 running hours, corrective repairs to the trouble encountered such as failure and parts wearing during the schedule.
.Make and prepares periodical reports pertaining to operation and maintenance of powerhouse such as generated and transmitted energy; operational cost and load distribution. Prepares analysis of the equipments encountered problem.
.Monitor operation and conduct maintenance for generator auxiliaries such as remote radiator, fuel transfer pump, ventilation fans, and air compressor for engine starting system.
.Documentation and recording of operation and maintenance activities.
.Spearhead the trouble shooting of equipment encountered during the shift.
.Always follow safety procedure and complete PPA during conducting preventive maintenance or troubleshooting.
