My Responsibilities As Safety Manager/Trainer
• To ensure that all HSE equipment is maintained and repaired as required and the MEM system kept up to date
• Ensure all required safety precautions are taken, Personal Protective Equipment is provided and correctly used.
• Instruct, Assist /observe preparation of JSA and conducting proper toolbox talks
• To oversee helicopter operations as required in the role of HLO
• To oversee all safety, check and guide all personnel on HSE performance
• To oversee all HSE and emergency matters.
• To oversee the preparing a Permit to Work and maintaining the PTW system
• To make observation rounds over the entire vessel and take action as required
• Maintain HSE databases as required (i.e. JSA’s, incident reporting etc
• To verify that all safety precautions, as per Permit to Work, are taken and sound working practices are adhered to during the construction activities
• To manage incident investigation and reporting
• To execute and keep proper record on maintenance of safety and emergency equipment in accordance with the planned maintenance system

• Manage the training facility, all documentation for the office including payroll, training records, time sheets , schedules, client correspondence, client meetings, negotiation of contracts for training /safety personnel and equipment rentals .Staff safety training as per the training matrix. Program development as needed by the client. Consultation for client HSE Plan development. Develop the business by going forward on all levels of business development.
