• Ability to follow approved Inspection and Test Plans, Welding Procedures, Welder Qualifications, NDT Procedures etc
• Experience in a heavy duty fabrication, Boilers, pressure vessels, Colum and heat exchanger.
• Have good communication skills, both oral and written, able to work under pressure and tight delivery schedule, excellent management skills.
• Ability to guide and motivate trained and experienced sub ordinates, team player, ability to relate well with other departments and organizations.
Ability to work in any environment.
Ability to accept challenging works.
Ability to handle all problems.
