A) Currently associated with “ABG SHIP YARD Group Ltd. DAHEJ.” since June, 2008 as a “Manager- Piping ” Offshore Rig construction Project for the Essar oil field services.
THE COMPANY: Based on the track record of achievements was appointed as Sr.Piping Engineer in the year 2008 for ABG SHIPYARD OFFSHORE a company which provides Engineering and Ship Building Construction & Project Management services to the Oil & Gas sector operators & New Build JACK UP RIGS-, Bulk career contracting companies. Reporting to the Project Manager.
Presently ABG CONSTRUCTING TWO NEW JACK-UP Rig JU 2000 as Design of Frieade & goldmen design . Model JU2000 (DETAILER MEGAWAY SINGAPOR) for ESSAR OIL INDUSTRIES LTD..
Project Execution
• Leading a team of construction Supervisor, Planning Engineer, QC Engineers, Technician & workers to execute project related activities.
• Insure timely completion of project by keeping close track of project schedule.
• Ensuring all activities is completed on or before planned targets.
• Maintaining Work Schedule, PMR, DPR & WPR for records to keep track on targets.
• Networking with clients / consultants / subcontractors / all levels of Management for execution of construction related activities & queries.
• Make sure that all activities are executed as per specified standards & qualities mentioned in contract.
• Organise AFC Drawings, maintain revisions and issue to the sub-contractors.
• Coordinate with the purchase department for the timely availability of the project material as per MTO.
• Prepare final documentation & As-Built drawing after completion of the project and submit these documents to the client.
Construction & Installations
• Generation of tendering MTO wrt Bid P&ID and Existing detail drawings.
• Prepare final MTO from Isometric Drawings.
• Prepare schedule of activities involved in completion of rig.
• Follow up with procurement department for timely arrival of material at site.
• Maintain Project material inventory at site.
• Co-ordination with Design and Engineering Consultants for Site Queries.
• Work out total Scope of work from Drawings.
• Conduct Pre-Construction & Post Installation Survey with reference to P&ID, Piping Layout & Isometric drawings at offshore site.
• Involved in supervision of Piping & Structural fabrication at onshore & offshore sites.
• Follow up with the QC Department for part Inspection Release status.
• Installation & commissioning of Equipments & Process skids at site.
• Interaction with Clients/consultants at all stages of the AFD and fabrication details drawing.
B) Past Working with “Dragon offshore industries LLC. Sharjah UAE.” since Jan, 2006 as a Piping” Designer/ Engineer. Up to June 2008.
THE COMPANY: Based on the track record of achievements was appointed as Piping Engineer/designer in the year 2006 for Dragon offshore industries LLC a company which provides Engineering and turnkey Construction & Project Management services to the Oil & Gas sector operators & New Build JACK UP RIG contracting companies. Reporting to the Project Manager.
The key role of my post includes:
• Part of team in design of piping layouts for offshore rigs.
• General site survey and inspection.
• Preparation of Layouts, General Arrangements, Structure & Equipments Layouts & list of material take-off.
• All detailing of piping as Isometrics, Area wise piping, and provide detail Drawing for construction.
• Co ordinates with project people and electrical, process dept and HVAC dept regard piping.
• Prepare a Bill of material as based on G.A.
• Preparing a specification of piping equipment and all valves .
• Co ordinate with all the draftsmen team.

JOB PROFILE :
Experience
• Prepare a master production plane of various projects & job orders.
• Technical correspondence with the customers regarding the project requirements preparing technical specifications Of equipment & Designing of piping lay out Equipment lay out and prepare a bill of material for the project. As per GA drawing & customer scope of supply.
• Distribution of detailing piping works to draftsmen and guide them.
• Preparation of equipment lay out as per site plan & requirement of modification of client.
• Issue all piping drg to construction dept as per scheduling program.
