My current employer name is Sutherland Global Services (bpo).I joined this company on 23/02/2011 as a senior consultant executive.my work is to take care of the customers who call for the issues in their credit report and also to convince and retain the customers who call to cancel the online product.and also sell the online products.It is a sales process.My main work is retaining the customers from cancelling the product.My previous company is Cybernet Slash Support,bpo.I joined here on 14/06/2010 as technical engineer supporting thr customer who call with connecting the router to the internet
