First 20 yrs in work force were spent in the food and beverage industry. Cooking, ordering for hotels kitchens, bartending, waiting tables, scheduling, banquets, Chief steward, chefs assistant, etc. Worked for Westin, Hyatt, Hilton, Marriott, Mcfaddin and
Kendricks Inc, Red Lobster along with other various resturants.
Then went back to school and received degree in nursing and specialized in emergency nursing, spent first 10 years in level one trauma hosp that was very large and very busy.Worked as charge nurse and asst nurse manager and preceptor for several years and then got the bug to travel.Since have worked in everything from large ERs to small villages in Alaska.
