Power, Steam, Compressed Air, Vacuum, Nitrogen, Water Treatment and Waste Water Section (February 2005- Present)
• Technician in-charge of the operation of all plant support utilities e.g. power, steam, water supply, centralized compressed air and vacuum system, etc.
• Troubleshoot and perform Electrical/Mechanical repair of utilities equipment such as air compressors (Atlas Copco, Ingersoll Rand), refrigerated and desicant (Domnick Hunter) air dryers, vacuum pumps, water tube boilers (Thermax Bobcock), water pumps, nitrogen generators, generator sets etc.
Electrical Section (January 2004- February 2005)
• Troubleshoot and repair of electrical machineries such as conveyors, fruit elevators, presses, seamers, various pumps, palletizers, cooker coolers etc. to maintain the operability of production lines and equipment in an operational state.
• Troubleshoot, maintain and overhauling of electric motors, motor-gearbox drives, submersible pumps, centrifugal pumps, fan blowers, etc. and includes
electric motor rewinding (1 phase & 3 phase ) from fractional to bigger size.
• Install, replace and repair lighting fixtures and electrical control and distribution equipment, such as switches, relays and circuit breaker panels
• Place conduit (pipes or tubing) inside designated partitions, walls, or other concealed areas, and pull insulated wires or cables through the conduit to complete circuits between boxes.
Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Section (August 2000- January 2004)
• Technician in-charge to operate, troubleshoot, repair and maintain of Glycol Chillers operated with 4 units of 150TR (J&E HALLSCREW) and 2 units of 5H60 (CARRIER) compressors, Cold Storage operated with 3 units of 300TR (HOWDEN) compressors and 9 units of 5H60 (CARRIER) compressors, Rapid Coolers operated with 4 units of 5H80 (CARRIER) compressors, IQF (Individual Quick Freezing ) Tunnel Freezer using Two – Stage Ammonia System, Water Chillers operated with SABROE and VILTER compressors, reefer vans and other types of domestic refrigeration/air-conditioning units.
• Installs, modifies, operates, maintains, troubleshoots, repairs, overhauls, adjust, calibrates and test refrigeration, air-conditioning, ventilation and related systems and equipment including its PNEUMATIC, MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL and ELECTRONIC CONTROL, CIRCUIT, and SAFETY DEVICES in compliance with technical manuals, manufacturer’s hand books, standard price and procedures.
