First Aid ,fire related knowledge and do action immediately any ancient. Respond to all emergencies in a calm and responsible manner as defined in the Company Emergency .Response Procedures Manual including the information,Establish and maintain effective communications during emergencies. During drills/emergencies, takes direction from Log Co,Set up walky talky battery Send, receive and record messages through Telephone, Fax machines and Emails and maintain logbooks, filling of messages and distribution of communiqués to the appropriate departments and personnel. Broadcast and announce messages and weather reports, prepare computerized telephone bills. Receive verbal Radio/Telephone messages from various users and relay such messages through Radio and microwave equipment to companywide locations. Communicate with supply vessels originating from Office for the transport of industrial materials, food containers, water, fuel and other essential cargo and maintain the communication for loading and off loading materials in satellites, Test periodically Emergency pager links and activate Emergency pager system during declared Emergency or drill.IT hardware and software configuration and installation., Turn controls or throw switches in order to activate power, adjust voice volume and modulation, and set transmitters on specified frequencies, Repair radio equipment as necessary, using electronic testing equipment, hand tools, and power tools., Monitor emergency frequencies in order to detect distress calls and respond by dispatching emergency equipment, Connect telephone line and check problem than after solve Problem, T.V. connect control room to camp area and other communication related work, Official work. IP configuration.

Maintain Stock detail & Inventory, Make GRN, GP,PO, and send stock in one week and complete stock detail in every Last date of month, Arrangement Items ,work on Tally or ERP, doing Internal audit. Receiving material, warehouse maintenance and cleaning, waste disposal, documentation and record-keeping, Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; processes and Distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received. Monthly, annually inventory report (Physical counting), Monitoring the materials availability and prepare request for purchase when it is needed, ,daily checking store inside, Verify and receipt materials. Complete and process required records. Work involves heavy physical labor in stocking and handling materials and supplies. Work is performed under general supervision, Coordinate and issue materials.
