• Arrange & update Hotel Plan for the Rig Manager in daily basis.

• Prepare Cargo Manifest for the support/standby boats leaving the rig.

• Prepare Helicopter Passenger Manifest for inward/outward flights to the rig.

• In contact with helicopter pilots for the prevailing weather conditions and payload.

• Monitoring VHF radios for support vessels coming and leaving the rig, ears on GMDSS radio for the safety, urgency and distress alert calls.

• Record boats movements in Radio Logbook.

• Clerical/administrative duties and attending safety meeting everyday prior commence work.

• Liase close with barge engineer on day to day basis for operational matters.

• Prepare INDOR Report (International Drilling Operation Report) as required by the system.

• Closely monitor the Panel Alarm System during drilling operations.

• Assist T-Card & Muster Lists when crew change effected.

• Carried out maintenance of all GMDSS radio equipments, aerial connections are fitted.
