Over 24 years experienced in Radio Communication as Radio Operator. (Experiences: Two (2) years as Radio Telegraph Operator working on Central Telegraph Exchange (BUTELCO Philippines) from 1984-1986. (Worldwide Shipping: Two (2) years working on Log ship. Two (1) year working on Bulk Carrier. Two (2) years working on Container Vessel. Seventeen years (17) yrs working on Oil/Chemical Tanker Vessel from 1993 up to present. Designated as Ship Security Officer since the ISPS implemented.
Education
Graduate Two (2) years General Radio Communication Operator Course (GRCO) Year 1977 -1979.
Certification
Holding with the following International Radio Operator Licenses; First Class Radio Telegraph Operator (1stRTG), General Operator Certificate (GOC) - GMDSS Radio Officer, Marshall Islands License and Malta License.
Trainings: Radio Electronic Officer Course, GMDSS Course, Satellite Communication Course, Ship Security Officer, Basic Safety Course (STCW-95), various training (basic & advance) related to Safety of Oil/Chemical Tanker Vessel.
