Responsible for installation and maintenance on GE Wind Towers. Construction of wind turbines including building of rotors, directing of cranes, cable drops and routing. As the primary liaison between GMC and the Ghana Railways, I divided my duties at GMC between four Ghana Railway shops - running repair, back shop (locomotive), back shop (wagons), and rail car running repair shop (wagon). In addition, I ordered spare parts for the locomotive and railcars; I provided technical advice and support to Ghana Railway’s management and repair shop personnel. I also participated in GMC and Ghana Railway’s decision-making process with the goal to coordinate efforts to make both companies more efficient and productive.

Hard working, and self-motivated, with 13 + years experience with EMD, and GE Diesel Electric Engines. I also have some experience with Alco and Caterpillar engines, Recognized for excellent ability to troubleshoot, repair and maintain diesel and mechanical equipment. I am a Quick learner, with a desire to learn and improve my skills.

I am a "Journeyman" Machinist with International Association of Machinist and Aerospace Workers and went through their Apprenticeship Training.



I worked as a Railroad Machinist (EMD, and GE, Diesel Electrical Motors) I worked for CSX (CONRAIL) from May, 1992 to December, 2001, and for AMTRAK (as a Lineman and 3rd rail technician (electric traction) from November, 2004 to January, 2007. I then resigned from AMTRAK and took on a limited assignment with Ghana Manganese Company LTD in Takoradi, Ghana (West Africa) as Railway Engineer (Mechanical).
