5) Projects involved to FSO, Semi submersible rigs, commercial vessel (oil
tankers, chemical tankers, cargo ships) for refurbishment and conversion.

1) Responsible for developing project master schedule and detailed schedules in
accordance with the execution strategies and as directed by SRM.
2) Responsible for ensuring g that all work done reports are duly compiled and
obtaining acceptance from the customer immediately upon completion of
works.
3) Coordinate and control across all trades for execution of repair works as to
ensure :
a) Actual work done is within allocated budget.
b) Actual work schedule is met planned schedule.
c) Work quality is met customer requirements.
4) Enforce HSE requirements, monitor safety procedures compliance on board
vessel.
5) Undertake any other activities as deemed necessary and assigned by the Dept.
6) Manager, or management from time to time with an objective of providing
exposure for job rotation, multiskill training or supporting other departments.

Hull Engineer
1) Preparation of repair work schedule, revision of work schedule, if any, especially for any changes of work scope.
2) Organized concern sections, testing and work control schedule to ensure that
jobs are within the specific time frame.
3) Coordinating and planning of the entire works and ensure repair works are
completed within the schedule, with quality and at best cost.
4) To ensure that repairs are completed on time and to avoid unnecessary
delay, confusion, repetition or wastage of labor cost materials.
5) Engaging of contractors and participate in contract price negotiation to
ensure appropriate contractors are appointed for the repairs works and
best cost.
6) Liase with class surveyor and ship’s representative for inspection of survey
items.
7) Carry out site inspection, supervision, and management of work site safety
and cleanliness.
8) Enforce working safety environment on board the ship and cultivate good working habit.
