Project Manager, reports directly to the Director of Operations. Responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently, estimating growth work, ensuring the projects are completed within time and budget constraints. Provides technical direction between clients, owner representatives, and sub-contractors; guidance to seven different trades. Reviews manpower utilization reports, purchase orders, contractual change requests and implementation orders. Speaks intelligently and with understanding to owners or tradesmen. Key player in successful completion of a 24M vessel conversion, which realized over 8M in profits and employed over 150 personnel.
Industrial Water Services August 2006 – January 2007
Project Manager, worked closely with numerous sales / brokerage personnel and company environmental representatives. Coordinated tank cleaning operations, both land and marine based, included identification of waste materials as hazardous or non-hazardous based upon RCRA, DOT or OSHA regulation and statues. Coordinated cleaning operation, ensured proper safety equipment is available and properly trained personnel are on hand, organized the evolution and ensured invoice submission upon satisfactory task completion. Cleaning operations included oil / water separators, black water, chemical storage, oily waste water and fuel oil storage tanks.

Environmental Laboratory Manager, responsible for ensuring proper identification and processing of potentially RCRA hazardous waste stream samples; provided recommendations on proper handling of various wastes for processing and disposal; managed financial requirements to maintain the laboratory and managed the lab personnel.
