Senior Project Manager:

Total management responsibility for the supply, installation, and commissioning of seven LM 2500 Gas

Turbine Generator Sets and auxiliaries to two Cruse Ship construction projects simultaneously (Italy, seven ships

and Japan, two ships) and nine LM 6000 Gas Turbine land base power plants. Total project value of 250 Million Dollars



Application Engineering Supervisor:

Supervise (4) Mechanical and (1) Electrical engineer with responsibilities for technical support of gas turbine sales force both domestic and international.



EXXON SHIPPING COMPANY - HOUSTON, TEXAS (NOW KNOWN AS SEARIVER MARITIME INC., A WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF EXXON CORP.) 1980-1994



Marine Buyer:



Purchase repair and maintenance parts and materials for a fleet of 15 tankers operating worldwide.

Contracts administrate parts and material contracts with manufacturers and vendors for the fleet.

Negotiated supply contracts with equipment manufactures and Ship Chandlers for repair parts for the tanker fleet.



Staff Engineer:

Responsible for budgeting, scheduling and cost tracking of annual maintenance and repair projects for a fleet of 15 tankers. Annual budget averaged between $30 million - $45 million.

Responsible for tanker hull and tank corrosion control program for 15 tankers, including evaluation and purchasing coating materials, and supervision of coating material application.

Supervise ship repair facilities in performing repairs to Steam and Diesel powered tanker hull, machinery and communications systems

Perform duties of the Fleet Repair Manager in his absence.



Repair Superintendent:

Supervise tanker repairs and overhauls in both domestic and foreign shipyards.

Negotiate work scope and pricing of repairs with shipyards and repair facilities world wide. Supervised personnel in performing repairs and modifications to both Steam and Diesel powered vessels. Settled final invoices for repairs

Write repair specifications in conjunction with senior Repair Superintendent and ships’ Chief Engineer.

Coordinate with American Bureau of Shipping and United States Coast Guard for renewal of ships’ certification and documentation.



Repair Inspector:

Self employed and on contract to supervise repairs and modification to tanker hull, machinery and communication systems world wide.

Supervise ship repair facility personnel both domestic and foreign
