Project Manager (Infrastructure Business Support) (2008-2010)

Managed all customer & business-sponsored projects. Focus team efforts on cost savings. Provided coordination of projects and project teams between management, business and external end-users. Charged with direct responsibility for full Project deployment, management and process implementation.



• Managed IT equipment relocation during office move (close to open) process realizing saving of over $15K

• Reduced costs of 24 company cell phone/Blackberries/PDA accounts and 64 air cards business segment, saving $63K annually.

• Led Project Management Teams through a series of assignments resulting in over $178K in savings in one year.



Project Manager (Project Management Office (PMO)) (2006-2008)

Coordinated, trained and mentored other project managers on various projects. Owned the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process used for developing and maintaining software in the North American region.



• Managed a global system implementation and integration in North and South America realizing saving of over $15K

• Evaluated resources available and ensured system readiness for peak season with IBM. Brought project in under budget by $40K

• Oversaw IBM in the upgrade, implementation & testing of RightFax server software for North American businesses, saving $5K

US Hub Manager / Project Manager

Provided support for all US based applications. Led data center operations with 4 direct report managers (PC/Telecommunications/Computer Room/Systems Programming) and staff totaling 30. Responsible for all department functions including staffing, budgeting, project management, etc. Directed the justification process for new hardware & software. Charged with adapting UK established standards for deploying technical set-up and training in preparation for installation and launch of new global application.



• Lead multiple PC technical teams in the planning, development, transitioning and implementation of specific hardware and software applications

• Provided internal staff training in the use of Remedy for problem management, incident reporting and recover and metrics development

• Participated in transitioning EDI systems support from North America to India.

• Developed application to assist analysts in determining if an EDI message failed to process resulting in time savings due to automation of several processing steps.
