Supervised projects and approximately 50 yard employees. Directly worked with factory representatives on warranty work for Ferretti Yachts, Azimut Yachts, Pershing, Bennetti Yachts and others. Managed woodshop, carpenters, fiberglass repairs and fabrication including metal fabrication. Scheduled and oversaw sub-contractors (i.e. A/C, plumbing, electrical, interior cabin remodeling, electronics modifications, etc). Job/Client P.O.’s, project & worker scheduling and created/utilized “Job and Project Tracking System” to assist with billing/invoicing used by all management. All aspects of project management.

Oversaw and coordinated the construction of mega yachts. Set-up specifications directly with factory to organize necessary changes and upgrades to meet U.S. specifications, which required extensive travel to Italy factory to work directly with management & yard workers. Inspected, surveyed and sea trialed new yachts before delivery to U.S. Received, managed delivery, commissioning of yachts into U.S. Assigned and managed crew and oversaw maintenance until sold.
