Rybovich Super Yacht Marina and Refit Facility, Riviera Beach, FL 2006-Present

Marina Operations Manager:

Responsible for the day to day operations of a 70+ slip Super Yacht Marina able to take vessels up to 300ft in size. Provide a Customer First environment thru directing my marina dockmasters and staff to meet our customer’s needs. Responsible for taking and scheduling reservations. Responsible for the billing and collection for all customers staying at the marina. Operate marina tug boats for assisting vessels in and out of their slips in extreme conditions and provide navigational escort to and from Lake Worth Inlet.



Project Management:

Responsible for every aspect of customer service ie: quotes, performance reports, billing, and collections for owners, captains and yacht management firms from start to finish of major refits on yachts ranging from 80ft to 180ft in length. Responsible for managing the execution, meeting time lines, and coming in on budget for each project. Supervise the individual trades within a refit team including in house mechanics, carpenters, electricians, welders, machinists, and painters as well as outside sub contractors.



Business Manager:

Responsible for maintaining an over view of the project management team’s finances.

This included the monitoring of monthly budgetary goals, submission of reports, monitoring project budgets, prepare billing and process employee payroll and benefit requests.

Developed, directed, and implemented refits, new construction and assisted with sales of the following vessels for private clients and Bradford Yacht Sales.

• 90’ Dinner boat: Captain for private charters
