1. Keystone Shipping Company : 3/2000 – 2008 U.S.N.S. Lcpl Roy M. Wheat, Gas Turbine & Steam Vessel, Senior Chief Engineer, Network administrator, Shipboard Automated Maintenance Module and Inventory Administrator. Prior to placing in service for MSC project manager and Chief Engineer in charge of conversion from Russian cargo vessel to USNS Special mission Vessel. Over four-year conversion process including first of class documentation and all regulatory testing, evaluations and certifications.
2. Keystone Shipping Company: U.S.N.S. Stockham, Slow Speed Diesel MAN, Senior Chief Engineer, Network administrator, Shipboard Automated Maintenance Module and Inventory Administrator. Prior to placing in service for MSC project manager and Chief Engineer in charge of conversion to special mission objectives and Recertification by regulatory agencies.
3. Keystone Shipping Company : M.V. Cape Victory, Senior Chief Engineer, Slow Speed Diesel Sulzer, Senior Officer aboard vessel during reduced operations status, Responsible for operating budget and record keeping for maintenance and repair as well as inventory control via PC –Sal and additional government software programs.
4. Patriot Services LLC : 1998 – 2000 Relief Chief Engineer/ First Engineer, Medium Speed Twin Shaft, 4 Pielsticks, Delivery First Engineer assigned to US.N.S. Seay second Bob Hope Class Vessel for MSC. Successfully delivered from Avondale Shipyard and placed in service. Later designated to be delivery Chief Engineer for all following deliveries. Sent as troubleshooter to U.S.N.S. Shugart for major engine and vessel repairs to assist Chief Engineer and First Engineer. It was at this time Keystone Shipping Company hired me as delivery Chief Engineer for the newly contracted U.S.N.S. Lcpl Roy M. Wheat. Giving me the Chief Engineer’s job aboard the Cape Victory until contract start date for U.S.N. S. Lcpl Roy M. Wheat.
5. Marine Engineers Benifical Association : Various First Engineer / relief Chief Engineer jobs, Steam and Motor Vessels, during break out periods for Marad and MSC via job call and open board jobs.
6. Energy Transport Company : Relief Third Engineer 1996 –1997. Steam Ships, LNG Libra, LNG Leo. Watch Stander also assisted with cargo operations when off watch and maintain plant while on watch during all operations.
7. Marine Transport Lines: Chief Engineer, Relief First Engineer, Second Engineer. Medium Speed Pielstick Engines, 1991 – 1996. M. V. Cape Decision. Implimented ISM and ISO policies and procedures with company and assisted with development of documented safety procedures and best engineering practices for improved reliability and safety aboard all company vessels.
