Experience
My experience with Nobel Engineers includes monitoring the production at their workshop and taking care of the erection and commissioning of the heavy sugar machineries. In these two years I have witnessed the production of different boiling house machineries like, juice heaters, 40-80 M.T Pans, evaporator bodies, semi-kesteners, magma-mixers, pug-mill’s, sugar melters, sulphitors, strainers, sulphitation towers, sole calendria’s. I have not only been controlling the production of these but also their erection at the sites.
My role at the workshop was to control the so that they conform to the drawings provided, they suite the transport available, and they facilitate easy erection according to the site conditions. I also lead a team for erection at the factory sites. Apart from erection and commissioning the last few days of my experience also include the erection of a few sugar house machineries like the hoppers, elevators, blowers, centrifugal stations under the supervision of the factory experts. I have also taken an active part in providing rough drawings and estimates for filing the quotations. After the order was in hand, the drawing for approval was then provided by the senior designers.
