Responsible for Technical Plan Review for Commercial Ships and Offshore Oil Rigs of U.S. Registry. Worked closely with International Classification Society Surveyors (ABS, Det Norske Veritas, LLoyds, etc.)and Owner's Representatives. Responsible for Technical Review, Certification and Approval of Construction Drawings/Plans and Stability Analysis on behalf of U.S. Coast Guard.
