? Proven competencies in implementing preventive, planned and predictive maintenance schedules to maximize uptime of machines. Capable of conducting root cause analysis of failures and devising breakdown solutions with minimum turnaround time.

Experience
? Review project drawing such as contract scope of work, fabrication drawings, construction drawings, construction schedule among others prior to work execution to ensure project completion per mile stone/date.
? Prepare project resources, manpower, equipment, material and ensure its availability and Reported directly to project manager on fabrication drawing issues and problems.
? Supervise and monitor construction activities of group of workers for mechanical and fabrication, attend and resolve daily construction issues and problems. Verify fabricated parts are installed in accordance with proper locations.
? Coordinate with QA/QC, Safety, and Material person on respective issues and problems to ensure product compliance with project/client requirement.
? Handle fabrication of structural steel as per SAW (Submerged Arc Welding), GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding).
? Accountable for making necessary arrangement to get work permission from SAPMT, when critical works are being performed.
? Collect daily work report from workshop personals and submit a detail report to Production Manager.
? Prepare and implement action plans effectively to maximize overall Equipment efficiency of production machines.
? Active participant in acquiring and effective implementation of ISO 9001-2008 in the company.
