7-8 a.m. Walked department, looking an smelling for nat's, and rotten produce. Safety hazards, featured produce full an fresh.
8-10 a.m. Walked backroom/cooler/sink to ensure cleanliness, proper cooler temperaturing, and amount of freight my associates and I are dealing with for the day.
10-11a.m. Checked Walmart emails for possible direction from upper management, and for any recalls or pull an holds from market MGR.
11-12p.m. Walked with upper management for touring and culling(pulling any rotten or bruised produce). Recieved tasks for myself from upper management.
12-1p.m. LUNCH
1-2P.M. CHECK TELZON FOR PRICE CHANGES, AND TO SCAN DEPARTMENT TO ENSURE 98% COMPLETE ON THE 28TH EVERY MNTH.
2-3P.M. WALK WITH CLOSING ASSOCIATES AND REST OF CREW TO GIVE TASKS AND TO CONVERSATE ABOUT ANY TRAINING POSSIBILITIES, AND TO TRAIN 10 FOOT RULE(ANY CUSTOMER WITHIN 10FT. GREET AND ASSIST IF NEEDED.)
3-4P.M. COMPLETE TASKS MADE BY MYSELF AND BY UPPER MANAGEMENT OR POLICY REQUIREMENTS. WALK IT ALL OFF WITH SUPERVISOR THEN GO HOME ONLY AFTER SUPERVISOR WAS CONFIDENT FOR POSITIVE CLOSE.
