Key Result Areas
• Managing complete supply chains function for shipbuilding equipments & bulk raw materials (Global Sourcing), Yard Infrastructure and consumables for Bulk Carrier Project 74.5 K DWT- 26 Nos / OSV – 12 Nos.
• Infrastructure support activity - handling various capital equipment packages.
• Close interaction between ship designer, ship owner, yard and supplier for various activities.
• As a support function for Naval & Offshore project bidding.

• Managing MM functions involving determining objectives, designing & implementing control systems in consultation with top management.
• Presently handling project procurement and capital procurement activities through e-procurement system in SAP. Negotiations, Finalization of Commercial parameters with respect to Legal obligations for critical equipments, spares, in order to cater to the needs in timely completion of projects.
• Implemented MRP & Desktop system in SAP and smooth operation of the same.
• Maintaining proper stock level of MRP items.
• Demand forecasting and replenishment of all items covered under Operational Procurement by implementing proper systems and control.
