NATURE OF DUTIES:
Plan & arrange training events in process operations as required to meet company competence requirements. Write effective training materials for use in formal group presentation or individual for self access, as required. Deliver training in process operations to operators as required to meet competence requirements. Record & report progress against the training plan.
Basics of the elements which effects the process variables , equipments with reference of P&I diagram and trouble shooting. Study of basics chemical engineering, mechanical, electrical and instrument control with the logics. Practice the safety precaution which effects the production optimization. Assigning the students with all process task with essential practice. Under gone the students with safety drills , emergency response ,fire prevention method etc.

NATURE OF DUTIES:
WELL HEADS:
Well Head complition, routine jobs in well heads and well head sampling . Familiar with all types of X‘ mass tree, SSV’s, SSSV’s, high and low pressure pilots, changing of fixed chokes, operation of variable choke .Backer panel operation, leak off test of SCSSV and SSV and trouble shooting.
REMOTE TEST STATION:
Inlet manifold control, change over and balancing of bulk lines (HP, IP and LP). Operation of electrical and pneumatic operated chemical injection pumps, operation of degasers, gas scrubbers. Testing of wells with three types of test separators like LFT,HFT&HHFT, well test calculations, changing the Daniel orifice plate, pig launching and receiving.
CENTRAL PRODUCTION FACILITIES:
Smooth start-up and shutdown of the plant, operation of three phase separators, Free water knock out vessels, Heater-treaters, Product storage tanks, Control room operations, Familiar with Lease Automatic Custody Transfer (LACT) meter and lact meter proving. Handling of water disposal pumps, dilution water treatment pumps and oil skimming systems.
GAS PLANT:
Operations of Gas Metering Station (30 mmscf/d to power plant), gas conditioning unit and glycol system. Gas Lift reciprocating compressors of THREE stage driven by gas engine with discharge pressure of 150 Bar, capacity of 40 mmscf/d, supplied by NUOVO PIGNONE 4HE/3, Italy. Fuel gas treatment plant for the gas engines. Multistage reciprocating and centrifugal (Nuovo –Pignone) natural gas compressors with C.C.C-Series 3 plus, using Honeywell and Moore controllers. Compressed and Process HP gas treatment plant with T.E.G. contactors and Glycol regeneration units.
TANK FARM:
Terminal tank farm operation such as oil storage, oil movemnet, shipping , metering, tanks guaging, measuring the quantity, bottom sediment and water (B.S & W) and salt in the crude oil. Preparing the oil movement record and daily stock report. Flushing the lines, pipeline transfer, draining of water, diverting of Product to different tanks as per superior advice.

POSITION: PRODUCTION OPERATOR.

Nature of Duties:
Operation of oil well heads, oil, water & gas separation plants. Testing of down hole equipments like P.O.P, expansion joints, packers, safety valves, gas lifting valves, tubing hanger, X-mas tree. Handling of choke manifold, burner, separators etc.
PRESENT ON DUTY
NIFE, MANGALORE, INDIA. : is a well placed Fire and Safety institution merged with Sikkim Manipal University, having total 73 institutions all over India and head office is located near Ellapady, Kochi, Kerala.
Since November, 2009 recruited as FIRE & SAFETY INSTRUCTOR.
