• Redesigned website and marketing efforts from the creative aspect to designing

and producing them myself

• Underwrote Insurance for Boats, Yachts, Mega Yachts and Charter Boats up to $3,000,000 in hull value

• Created and maintained strong broker relationships

• Improved various work processes to increase efficiency

• Developed Racing Sailboat Insurance Program from R&D stage to implementation

• Rewrote Program Jacket

• Created U/W Guidelines

• Developed Houseboat Insurance Program
