-Worked with members in my department to ensure classification regulations were being enforced consistently in all ABS offices around the world

-Analyzed reported employee hours and made suggestions on reorganizational structuring

-Created a New Engineer Orientation Program that all future engineers globally will complete as an introduction to company policies and procedures



Research Assistant, March 2009 – May 2010

Bowen Laboratory at Purdue University (West Lafayette, IN)

-Openly discussed with professors and graduate students about experimental hypotheses, system designs, and test results

-Responsible for extensive preparation of large scale civil engineering experiments at an elite U.S. research facility



Intern, May 2008 – August 2008

C.A. Litzler Co, Inc. (Cleveland, OH)

-Assisted with purchasing. Contacted vendors and suppliers and requested quotes for a wide variety of materials including fabrications, electronics, motors, and sub-contracting.

-Created an inventory system using Excel for over 1000 stocked items. Researched product information and pricing for these items.
