Job profile :-
1. Assisting Seniors / Manager in drafting the mails regarding any inquiries or if any vsl call at our region under our agency.
2. Preparing PDA for vsl at mormugao & Panaji Port.
3. Making statical reports of vessel at Goa Port.
4. Preparing arrival papers, boarding Paper, Sailing documents, Attending Berthing Meeting & Preparing lineup & sending to Principals.
5. Preparing paper / documents and obtaining licenses from various authorities like Port, Custom, etc.
6. Declaring VSL's to Port in Port EDI System & preparing VRS Estimation in EDI System, Sending Daily vessel reports.
7. Boarding the vessel on arrival and sailing, looking after sign on and off of crew., Filing all custom paper from pre-arrival till sailing of vsl i-e EGM, IGM, PC, etc
8. Assisting in preparing FDA for vessel, Handling Petty cash, vessel handling cash.
