• Determined and requisitioned parts from MAN’s worldwide organization and external vendors. Coordinated logistics of shipments including US Customs formalities for materials obtained overseas ensuring proper supplies on hand.

• Managed client accounts as the primary contact providing status updates, communicating budget and scheduled changes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of final projects.

• Arranged Transportation Logistics fulfilling customer’s time sensitive schedules.

• Approved purchase requisitions, confirmed accuracy of ordered parts and compiled data for invoicing.

• Maintained professional relationships with customers (Ship Owners, Managers and Operators) for selling services relating to reconditioning Diesel Engine Components, Turbocharges, Diesel Engine repairs, general ship repairs, steel and pipe fabrication.

• As an Authorized Reconditioning, Service and Turbocharger Facility for MAN B&W Diesel, Inc., worked closely with management team in the United States and Europe ensuring prompt reliable service for ocean going vessels.

• Managed and operated large bore diesel engine component reconditioning and fabrications workshop.

• Scheduled service jobs and arranged logistics for field service projects.

• Recruited new hires and conducted training on operating machinery.

• Managed various accounting functions including payroll, accounts payables, accounts receivables, employee reimbursements and operating cash flow for daily business expenses.

• Arranged Transportation logistics of parts to client’s worldwide requiring time sensitive deliveries.
