Manage day-to-day operations of Landing Craft Utility (LCU) 2000 vessels including coordinating counter-drug, contingency, counter-terrorism, humanitarian assistance and logistical support.

Marine Maintenance Officer, Hull Repair Shop, 558th Trans. Company, Ft. Eustis, Virginia 07/2003 – 12/2003
Maintenance Shop Officer for the Army’s only active duty Direct Support/General Support (DS/GS) level marine maintenance company. Directly responsible for the management of 30 soldiers in a DS/GS hull repair facility consisting of welders and machinists.
Installation Marine Engineer, United States Army, Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands 04/2001 to 06/2003
Contracting Officer’s Representative for all US Army Watercraft assigned to United States Army Kwajalein Atoll. Responsible for contract oversight and quality assurance of maintenance, operation and technical planning for 22 U.S. Army watercraft and 20 recreational vessels worth over $44M in support of Space and Missile Defense Command. Conduct oversight of OCCM on 22 Army Watercraft locally and while in dry-dock, Cairns, Australia. Maintain responsibilities as the command representative to TACOM on watercraft issues.
