• Coordination involves direct and continuous networking with pilot agencies, ship’s agency, Constanta Maritime Port Administration, the relevant departments of Romanian Naval Authority and/or Harbor Master, towing agencies, Military Navy Command, Coast Guard.

• Coordinated the tankers washing when the shipped product has been changed and gas free operations when the ship was to enter the shipyard/dry dock for repairs;

• Responsible for the inventory, maintenance and proper operation of the life saving appliances and fire fighting appliances;

• Organized, maintained and controlled inventory of materials, hardware and spares;

• I have conducted weekly crew training regarding life saving appliances, fire fighting appliances and company’s policy regarding safety, security and garbage management;

• I have ensured compliance with all ISM, SOLAS,STCW, MARPOL, ISGOTT, SIRE, CDI, ISPS, Flag and Class Society requirements;

• I have worked with very good results together with people of different cultures and countries: Italy, Portugal, Greece, India, Philippines, Sri Lanka.
