Pastry Chef
- My name is Miriah. I went to Le Cordon Bleu for Baking & Pastry. I finished in 2011. I have worked for Kroger, and now I work for a bakery in Carytown as the assistant Pastry Chef/manager.I also have great experience with computers & customer service. I know about french pastries, also I work with fondant and make all the pastries from scratch. I also manage the front of the house staff, take inventory of things we are running out of, and the food we need to replace. I also have experience as a caterer line cook, prep cook and a waitress.
