Job responsibilities:



? Preparing custom made Packages for individuals, families and honeymooners, including air tickets, hotel accommodation, transfers, car rental, sightseeing tours and cruises with Royal Caribbean and Celebrity X Cruises.

? Coordinated with the Marketing Department regarding all our advertising campaigns.

? Coordinated with the Accounting Department regarding the financial issues both of our individual and corporate accounts.

? Handled all direct and indirect customer's inquiries about our products and services.

? Conducted follow up procedures to gain customers feedback through telephone calls, emails and survey forms in order to develop our products and services.

? Self-taught and searched about all international destinations we offer to our clients.

? Responsible for all incoming and outgoing correspondence.

? Dealt with customers of different mentalities, cultures and backgrounds.

? Submitted a monthly report to the Executive Manager.

? Proven to be highly flexible and change adopting while performing efficiently under pressure.
